SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Australia wide delivery for all our products.

Shipping to PO Boxes and street addresses with Australia Post or other similar courier service.

We try to provide shipping equity for all customers regardless of postcode.  Australia wide shipping rates are based on the weight and value of the order:

1kg or less a standard shipping rate of $9 applies

Between 1kg and 3kg a standard shipping rate of $14 applies

Above 3kg weight, but less than $155 value a standard shipping rate of $16 applies

Where the order value is above $155 and the weight is less than 9kg, free shipping applies

Above 9kg weight regardless of value a standard shipping rate of $25 applies

We reserve the right to fully refund any order where the shipping cost exceeds a reasonable percentage of the value of the order.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
