Handmade in small batches and using the best available Australian-grown almonds and hazelnuts, we dry roast at a low temperature to preserve the nutritional value of the nuts.

    Carboor Harvest Almond Butter is available in a 250g glass jar or a 1k plastic pail. Using only Brightlight, Almondco or Riverland almonds, our almond butter is an excellent alternative to peanut butter. Using our recommended storage practices, our nut butters will have a shelf life of 12 months. With every product marked with a batch number and “Best Before” date, we suggest the product should be consumed within three months of opening.

After opening, the best way to store our nut spreads is in the fridge. This will extend the shelf life of the nut butter. Storing at room temperature may turn the nut butter rancid. This occurs because the healthy oils in our nut butters will oxidise once exposed to heat, light, and air. If you cannot store your nut butter in the fridge, we suggest you use the jar within four weeks. Always check the expiration of the nut butter before consuming.

Our almond and hazelnut butters offer a healthy and tasty alternative to peanut butter by providing healthy fats, fibre, and protein. Almond butter is high in Vitamin E and contains calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
