Refund and Return Policy

As food products cannot be resold once opened we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All claims for a refund based on a quality issue must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt.  If there is a quality issue, customer is to take photos of issue and provide a description of the issue and email to  

Depending on the issue with the product we seek to have the product returned, or alternatively may request that it is disposed.  We reserve the right to offer a store credit, a refund or replacement product to resolve the refund.
