Refund and Return Policy

As food products cannot be resold once opened we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All claims for a refund based on a quality issue must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt.  If there is a quality issue, customer is to take photos of issue and provide a description of the issue and email to contact@carboorharvest.com.au.  

Depending on the issue with the product we seek to have the product returned, or alternatively may request that it is disposed.  We reserve the right to offer a store credit, a refund or replacement product to resolve the refund.
